Man Pulled Unconscious From Tel Aviv Beach, Rushed to Hospital

A man, approximately 30 years old, was found unconscious and without pulse or breathing on an unpatrolled beach in Tel Aviv on Tuesday. Bystanders reportedly pulled him from the water to the shore before emergency services arrived.

Paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA) performed advanced resuscitation efforts on the man at the scene. They then transported him to Ichilov Hospital in critical condition, continuing life-saving treatment en route.

"We arrived with the ambulance on the promenade near Tel Baruch beach and drove south until we reached an unpatrolled stretch of beach where the man was pulled ashore by civilians who saw him in the water," said MDA EMT Shimon Dahan. "He lay on the sand unconscious, without pulse or breathing. Together with the paramedic team and additional MDA rapid response volunteers, we provided him with medical treatment and performed advanced resuscitation efforts. We placed him in the intensive care unit and evacuated him to the hospital while continuing medical treatment, his condition critical."

The man was found on the sand after being seen in the water by civilians, who then removed him to the shore. MDA teams continued advanced resuscitation efforts during the transport to Ichilov Hospital.
