Report: U.S. Draft Deal Would Let Iran Sell Oil and Access $300 Billion Rebuilding Plan

Reuters reported Wednesday, June 10, 2026, that Bloomberg has published a draft agreement between the United States and Iran. The reported deal would give Tehran major economic incentives, including permission to sell oil, a reconstruction plan worth at least $300 billion, and future access to frozen assets.

According to the report, the agreement is expected to be signed in Switzerland on June 19, after which the two sides would enter 60 days of negotiations toward a final accord. The understandings also call for the United States to lift a naval blockade, while traffic through the Strait of Hormuz would return to its previous level within 30 days.
