Bruno Caboclo Nears Return to Hapoel Tel Aviv Basketball Club
Bruno Caboclo is reportedly close to returning to Hapoel Tel Aviv, the basketball club he previously played for. The Brazilian forward is said to have reached an agreement with the team and is expected to rejoin coach Dimitris Itoudis's squad. Caboclo left Hapoel Tel Aviv midway through last season to join a team in Dubai.
Sources indicate that Caboclo's new contract will be for one season with an option for an additional year. His salary is reported to be $1.5 million per season, a slight increase from his previous contract. When Caboclo departed for Dubai in January, Hapoel Tel Aviv paid him $500,000 of his owed salary, with his new club covering the remaining $800,000.
The deal is expected to be finalized soon, marking a potential comeback for the player with the Israeli team.
