Bruno Caboclo Nears Return to Hapoel Tel Aviv on Lucrative Deal
Brazilian basketball player Bruno Caboclo is reportedly set to return to Hapoel Tel Aviv, a team he left mid-season last year. The forward has reached an agreement with the club and is expected to rejoin coach Dimitris Itoudis's squad.
Caboclo is expected to sign a one-year contract with an option for an additional season. Sources indicate his salary will be approximately $1.5 million per season, a slight increase from his previous contract with the team. This move comes after Caboclo departed Hapoel in January for Al Wasl in Dubai. At that time, Hapoel paid him $500,000 of his owed salary, with Dubai covering the remaining $800,000.
