Seven-Year-Old Girl Dies After Tractor Accident in Kafr Qara
A seven-year-old girl tragically died on Thursday evening after being struck by a tractor in the village of Kafr Qara. She was initially brought to a local clinic with severe head and chest injuries.
Paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA) arrived at the clinic and found the child unconscious, without a pulse or breathing. They immediately began advanced resuscitation efforts, including chest compressions, artificial respiration, and administering medication. She was then transported by a mobile intensive care unit to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera, while resuscitation efforts continued. Despite the medical team's efforts, her death was pronounced at the hospital.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:38 PM. Road accident investigators from the Menashe region and officers from the Iron police station have arrived at the scene in Kafr Qara to investigate the circumstances of the accident. Police are collecting testimonies and examining the scene to determine how the girl was hit by the tractor and what led to the tragic outcome.
