Seven-Year-Old Girl Dies After Tractor Accident in Kfar Qara
A seven-year-old girl tragically died on Thursday evening after being struck by a tractor in the village of Kfar Qara. She was brought to a local clinic suffering from severe head and chest injuries. MDA (Magen David Adom) emergency medical teams transported her to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera, performing resuscitation efforts en route. Upon arrival at the hospital, medical personnel pronounced her dead.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:38 PM. An MDA dispatcher received a report about the girl being brought to the clinic after the tractor incident. MDA paramedic Rawaiid Arbaasi and paramedic Khaled Murei described finding the child unconscious, without a pulse or breathing, and immediately commencing advanced resuscitation. They evacuated her in a mobile intensive care unit, continuing resuscitation efforts, while she was in critical condition.
Road accident investigators from the Menashe region and officers from the Iron police station arrived at the scene in Kfar Qara to investigate the circumstances of the accident. Police are collecting testimonies and examining the scene to determine how the girl was hit by the tractor and what led to the tragic outcome.
