Four Injured in Northern Israel Car Crash, Two Critically

A serious car accident occurred near the northern Israeli town of Ma'alot Tarshiha when a vehicle veered off Route 89 and plunged into a ravine. Four people were injured in the crash, including a man in his 60s and a 4-year-old boy, both of whom sustained severe head injuries and are in critical condition. The man was reportedly disoriented and in an unstable condition.

Also injured were a 35-year-old woman with moderate limb injuries and a 1-year-old infant who suffered moderate facial injuries. Emergency medical teams from Magen David Adom (MDA) provided initial treatment at the scene before transporting the injured to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.

An MDA senior paramedic described finding the car in the ravine after it apparently lost control during travel. He detailed the critical condition of the man and the child, both suffering from severe head trauma, and stated that life-saving medical care was administered before their transport to the hospital via intensive care and regular ambulances.
