Man Found Stabbed to Death in Yavne Backyard
A man, approximately 70 years old, was discovered deceased in the backyard of his home on Armon Street in Yavne on Wednesday afternoon. Emergency medical teams responded to the scene after receiving an initial report at 5:04 PM. Upon arrival, they found the man unconscious with severe penetrating wounds and extensive injuries across his body. Despite resuscitation efforts, medical personnel were forced to declare him dead at the scene.
Paramedics and volunteers from Magen David Adom and United Hatzalah, along with motorcycle responders, were dispatched to the location. They conducted thorough medical examinations but determined the injuries were fatal. United Hatzalah responders Ben Kol, Ohad Mahkeni, and Ben Levi Bromberg stated that the nature of the fatal injuries left no chance of survival.
Given the traumatic nature of the event, United Hatzalah's 'Hosen' teams, providing psychological support, were called to assist the victim's family and neighbors who were present at the scene. Police forces also arrived to secure the area, collect forensic evidence, and investigate all possible leads and circumstances surrounding the tragedy. Such incidents involving severe violence in residential areas typically cause significant alarm among residents and heightened alertness from law enforcement and emergency services.
