Israeli AI Startup Wonderful Raises $550 Million at $5 Billion Valuation

Israeli AI startup Wonderful has announced a significant Series C funding round, securing approximately $550 million at a valuation of around $5 billion. This latest funding round is notable for its substantial size and the rapid increase in the company's valuation. Just six months prior, Wonderful raised $150 million at a $2 billion valuation. With this new investment, the company, founded in early 2025, has now raised over $800 million in total funding.

The funding round was led by Insight Partners and included participation from Salesforce and existing investors such as Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners. The capital will be used to fuel Wonderful's global expansion and further develop its enterprise AI operating system, driven by increasing demand from large organizations.

Since its last funding round in March 2026, Wonderful has expanded its operations to over 35 markets worldwide and employs approximately 650 people, with about half based in Israel. The company has significantly enhanced its AI operating system for enterprise use, enabling end-to-end workflow automation. Wonderful was co-founded by CEO Bar Winkler, who previously founded Approve.com, and CTO Roey Lazar, who founded Kaps.

Initially focused on developing AI agents for organizations, Wonderful's capabilities have evolved into a comprehensive enterprise AI operating system. This system provides a unified management layer for all AI applications within an organization, operating on an open platform independent of specific models and compatible with existing technological infrastructure. The company's rapid growth is partly attributed to its front-loading deployment model, which offers initial AI implementations and guides clients on broader platform adoption.

"Wonderful is working to capitalize on one of the biggest opportunities in enterprise AI. Many companies are using AI in a limited or single-domain way. Wonderful is building an operating system that allows organizations to scale AI across the entire enterprise," said Jeff Horing, co-founder and managing director at Insight Partners.
