Religious Zionism and Zehut Parties Agree to Unite Ahead of Elections
The Religious Zionism party and the Zehut party have reached an agreement to merge and will run together in the upcoming elections. A formal announcement is expected this evening.
Bezalel Smotrich, chairman of Religious Zionism, and Moshe Feiglin, chairman of Zehut, are set to officially sign the merger agreement tonight. According to the terms of the deal, Feiglin's representatives will be allocated the second, eighth, tenth, and eleventh spots on the joint electoral list.
Following the signing, the parties intend to work towards including Ofer Winter in their unified list.
