Idan Nachmias Signs Two-Year Deal with Hapoel Be'er Sheva

Defender Idan Nachmias has finalized his terms with Hapoel Be'er Sheva, agreeing to a two-year contract with an option for a third season. The club will pay a nominal fee of tens of thousands of euros to his former team, Ludogorets Razgrad of Bulgaria, for the transfer. Nachmias, 29, underwent medical tests in Be'er Sheva on Monday and is set to earn approximately 300,000 euros net per season. Although he had two years remaining on his contract with Ludogorets, both Nachmias and the Bulgarian club agreed to part ways this summer. Nachmias previously played for Maccabi Tel Aviv. His move to Hapoel Be'er Sheva is considered challenging, as the team competes in the Europa League and aims for a second consecutive Israeli Premier League championship. Nachmias joins a crowded defensive line, adding to Miguel Vítor, Itay Rotman, Djibril Diop, and Matan Baltaxa. Nachmias is also a member of the Israeli national team and is expected to be called up for the upcoming Nations League matches next month.
