Netanyahu Condemns Violence in Palestinian Villages, Journalist Praises Response

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday condemned violent riots that occurred in the Palestinian villages of Qusra and Jalud. A statement released by his office declared, "I strongly condemn the heinous acts of violence committed in the villages of Qusra and Jalud by a handful of rioters who break the law, cause immense injustice to the law-abiding public of settlers, disrupt the IDF in carrying out its missions, and harm Israel's standing in the world." The statement added that security forces acted swiftly, confiscated three vehicles, and quickly ended the incident. Netanyahu stated that the IDF, Shin Bet, and police are conducting a vigorous investigation and expressed his expectation that law enforcement will apprehend the rioters and prosecute them swiftly.

Doron Spielman, the Prime Minister's spokesperson for international media, echoed Netanyahu's message. Ariel Kahana, a journalist, praised the government's response as "correct, communicative, and international" regarding the Jewish riots in the West Bank. Kahana commended Spielman for describing the authorities' actions and speaking the right words about the phenomenon, stating, "This is how you fight for the narrative."
