Young Man from Modiin Illit Arrested for Threatening Bnei Brak Police Commander

Moshe Cohen, a young man from Modiin Illit, was arrested on suspicion of repeatedly threatening to harm the commander of the Bnei Brak police station and calling for his murder, according to a report by Galei Tzahal. During the court hearing, the judge ruled that these were not mere expressions of ill will or empty statements but constituted genuine threats. The judge further noted that the statements indicated an intention, and possibly even a plan, to physically harm the police commander. Following the hearing, the court ordered an extension of Cohen's detention by four days.
