ילד בן 7 נהרג היום (שישי) בתאונת דרכים שאירעה סמוך לעיר רהט. הילד, שהיה מחוסר הכרה, הובא על ידי אדם פרטי לרכב של מד"א בכביש 264, סמוך לצומת הכניסה לעיר. חובשים ופראמדיקים של מד"א שהגיעו למקום מצאו את הילד עם פגיעה רב-מערכתית וללא סימני חיים, וקבעו את מותו.

פראמדיק מד"א, מאלק אבו ערארה, סיפר כי הצוות חבר לרכב פרטי שהביא את הילד, אשר נפצע בתאונת דרכים. לאחר בדיקות רפואיות, נקבע מותו של הילד שלאחר מכן.
