הסכם שכר חדש לשוטרים: תוספות למג"ב, חוקרים ומומחים

משטרת ישראל ומשרד האוצר הגיעו להסכמה על העלאת שכרם של עובדים במספר יחידות במשטרה. במסגרת ההסכם, שוטרי מג"ב באוגדת יהודה ושומרון יקבלו תוספת "רמת פעילות מבצעית" לרמה א'. בנוסף, חוקרי זיהוי פלילי שיגיעו לזירות פשע ישודרגו לדרגה 6 במקום 5, ומומחי תנועה יקבלו תוספת חודשית של 2,000 שקלים.

ההסכם נועד לתגמל ולהעלות את רמת המוטיבציה של השוטרים ביחידות אלו, אשר מתמודדות עם אתגרים מבצעיים ופליליים מורכבים. ההעלאות צפויות להיכנס לתוקף בהקדם.
