Customer Stabs Bank Employee in Tel Aviv, Victim in Moderate Condition

A 45-year-old bank employee was stabbed by a 67-year-old customer at a bank branch on Salameh Street in Tel Aviv on August 26. The victim, who manages the business banking sector at the branch, sustained moderate injuries. Emergency medical teams arrived at the scene around 11:00 AM, provided initial treatment, and transported her to Ichilov Hospital for further care.

Police officers from the Jaffa station quickly apprehended the suspect at the scene and confiscated the knife used in the attack. United Hatzalah medic Orel Tolidano reported that the victim suffered penetrating wounds and received immediate medical attention to stop the bleeding before being evacuated to the hospital trauma room.

The incident is under investigation, with authorities focusing on the circumstances that led to the stabbing. The suspect remains in custody following his arrest by patrol officers who responded promptly to the emergency call.
