Niv Yehoshua joins Hapoel Beersheba in five million shekel move
Hapoel Beersheba, the Israeli champion, continued building its squad for next season on Monday by signing midfielder Niv Yehoshua from Maccabi Petah Tikva. Yehoshua signed a three-year deal with an option for two more seasons, and Beersheba bought his registration rights for NIS 5 million.
Under the agreement between the clubs, Maccabi Petah Tikva will also receive a percentage of any future transfer fee if Yehoshua is sold again. The club framed the signing as part of its ongoing preparations after celebrating its championship.
