Omer Adam’s Wedding Guests Hear Father’s Humorous Warning on Private Flight to Italy

Israeli singer Omer Adam and Sasha Yisraelovitch are preparing for their exclusive wedding in the Italian fishing village of Portofino, with guests flown privately by Arkia Airlines. Among the attendees boarding the plane at Ben Gurion Airport were Aviv Geffen and his wife Sharon Kaufman, Eran and Shay Zehavi, Adam’s grandparents, along with Eden Pins, Osher Cohen, Lior Narkis, and the trio "Ma Kashur," who had already arrived at the destination.

Before takeoff, a pre-recorded announcement played on the plane, voiced by Omer Adam’s father, Yaniv Adam. He humorously expressed reluctance about the event’s expenses, saying, "If it were up to me, I wouldn’t have booked a plane or accommodation for you," but emphasized the importance of proper behavior due to the bride’s aristocratic European family background. He requested guests to wear seatbelts, drink alcohol only in the rear of the plane, and behave politely, warning that the bride’s family might be shocked by their usual conduct.

The announcement was met with laughter from the guests, though it underscored the cultural differences between the families. Sasha comes from a distinguished family, with her father being a Jewish-Italian real estate businessman. Additionally, it was revealed that the wedding ceremony will feature gender segregation, a condition set by the popular Hasidic singer Motti Steinmetz, who will officiate the couple’s chuppah. Steinmetz requires gender separation at events where he performs, reflecting the couple’s respect for his wishes.

The wedding is set to take place over the next two days, promising to be a significant and unique celebration blending different cultural traditions and social expectations.
