Pregnant Woman Dies From Rare Complication at Soroka Hospital, Fetus Delivered Stillborn
A woman in her forties, in the 34th week of her seventh pregnancy, died due to a rare medical complication, Soroka Hospital announced on Thursday. She was admitted to the hospital with abdominal pain, and as her condition worsened, she was rushed to surgery. The fetus was delivered stillborn. The woman was then transferred to the intensive care unit in critical condition and passed away the following day. Soroka Hospital has reported the case to the Ministry of Health, which is currently investigating the incident.
