Four-Year-Old Boy Dies After Being Hit by Car in Beit Shemesh
A four-year-old boy was critically injured after being struck by a car on Hanina Street in Beit Shemesh on Sunday afternoon. Emergency medical teams from Magen David Adom (MDA) arrived at the scene and performed prolonged resuscitation efforts. Despite their advanced medical treatment, paramedics were forced to declare the boy dead at the scene.
Paramedics Avitar Yamin, Roy Ben Shoham, and senior medic Yehoshua Gottlieb described finding the child unconscious in the middle of the road, without pulse or breathing, and suffering severe injuries from the collision. They provided extensive emergency care but ultimately could not save him.
