4-Year-Old Boy Critically Injured in Car Accident in Beit Shemesh
A four-year-old boy was critically injured after being hit by a car on Rav Hanina Street in Beit Shemesh. The incident was reported to emergency services at 16:30. Paramedics and medics from Magen David Adom provided immediate medical treatment and performed resuscitation efforts at the scene. The child sustained multiple severe injuries and was transported to the hospital while resuscitation continued.
United Hatzalah volunteers Moshe Horowitz, Binyamin Shimon, and Moshe Yaakov Vales assisted at the scene, delivering initial medical aid and ongoing resuscitation. Due to the traumatic nature of the accident, United Hatzalah's mental health unit also provided psychological support to those present.
