Central Israel Father Indicted for Sexual Assault on 14-Year-Old Daughter

The Central District Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against a father from central Israel for sexually assaulting his approximately 14-year-old daughter. According to the indictment, the father committed the offenses while his daughter was sleeping with her sisters in their apartment. He allegedly touched her body, kissed her mouth, placed her hand on his genitalia, and raped her. During the assault, he reportedly told her it was better that he did it than another man. The following day, he urged her not to tell anyone, warning that he would go to prison and would not want to live. The indictment accuses him of rape within the family and indecent acts. The prosecution has requested to extend his detention until the conclusion of legal proceedings.
