Former Maccabi Netanya Midfielder Yuval Sade Joins Hanoi FC in Vietnam
Yuval Sade, the 26-year-old former Maccabi Netanya midfielder, has officially signed with Hanoi FC in the Vietnamese league. Sade was initially set to join Romanian club Cluj after his contract with Netanya ended, but he left Cluj without making an official appearance and remained outside their squad since the season began. He will now join Hanoi FC on a free transfer.
During the previous season, Sade made 28 appearances for Maccabi Netanya, playing both as a defensive midfielder and a center-back. Hanoi FC finished fourth in the Vietnamese league last season and is coached by former Liverpool player Harry Kewell. The team’s attack is led by former Wimbledon striker David Fisher and ex-Reims forward Andrew Young. The Vietnamese league season is scheduled to start on September 4.
