This potential deal would mark the largest acquisition in Anthropic's history. Earlier reports from Calcalist revealed that Decart was exploring a sale valued at $6 billion, with several companies, including Amazon, Nebius, and SpaceX, expressing interest. Although Elon Musk denied SpaceX's involvement, sources close to the negotiations maintained that SpaceX was indeed among the interested parties. Bloomberg's report confirms Calcalist's earlier disclosure about the sale.
