Resident of Nesher Indicted for Sexual Crimes Against Minors Including Online Abuse

The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment on Thursday at the Haifa District Court against Alon Suissa, a 46-year-old resident of Nesher, accusing him of severe sexual offenses against minors. The charges include rape of a 6-year-old girl and indecent acts against a 7-year-old boy during 2003-2004. In one incident, Suissa led the children to an abandoned shack, where he committed the offenses, instructing one child to wait outside. He framed the abuse as a "game" and threatened the girl not to tell anyone, warning that her parents would be angry and might send her to a boarding school.

Additionally, Suissa is charged with sexually abusing two girls aged 10 and 8 via the internet. He used a TikTok account under a false identity, posing as a 15-year-old boy named "Yarin" from Netanya, to communicate with the children on TikTok and WhatsApp. Over about two weeks, he engaged in explicit sexual conversations with the 10-year-old, sent her images of his genitalia, and requested sexually explicit photos and videos from her. He also expressed a desire to be in a relationship and to meet and touch her. Similar sexually explicit communications occurred over about a month with the 8-year-old girl.

Suissa was arrested last month, and his detention was extended multiple times until the indictment was filed. Following his arrest, police urged the public to report any additional cases involving the suspect and to come forward with complaints.

The indictment was submitted by Attorney Meirav Bar from the Haifa District Prosecutor's Office. The case highlights ongoing concerns about online predation and abuse of minors in Israel.
