Israeli Man Charged with Sexual Crimes Against Minors Online and Decades Ago

Alon Suissa, a 46-year-old resident of Nesher, Israel, has been indicted by the Haifa District Prosecutor's Office for sexual offenses against minors, including online sexual harassment of two girls aged 10 and 8, as well as serious sexual crimes and indecent acts against two other children committed over twenty years ago in 2003 and 2004. According to the indictment filed by attorney Meirav Bar, Suissa contacted girls under 14 via his TikTok account, posing as a minor under the alias "Yarin," a 15-year-old boy from Netanya, to initiate communication. He then persuaded them to continue conversations on WhatsApp, where he engaged in explicit sexual chats and solicited nude photos and videos.

In May, Suissa communicated with a 10-year-old girl for about two weeks, sending her explicit content and requesting images of her body while expressing a desire for a relationship and physical contact. Simultaneously, he sent sexually suggestive messages to an 8-year-old girl. Beyond the online offenses, Suissa allegedly committed severe sexual abuse against a 5-year-old girl and indecent acts against a 7-year-old boy, at times framing the abuse as a "game" and threatening the children not to disclose it.

The investigation began after a mother discovered her 10-year-old daughter's sexually explicit exchanges with a purported teenage boy on her phone. Following a covert inquiry by the Northern District's Online Crime Unit, Suissa was arrested shortly after the court approved publicizing his name and photo in July to encourage other victims to come forward. Police believe he infiltrated a WhatsApp group of young girls, posing as a 15-year-old to sexually harass them. Authorities are seeking additional victims linked to Suissa's alleged crimes.
