Israeli Man Arrested for Sexually Harassing Young Girls in WhatsApp Squishy Toy Group

Alon Suissa, a 46-year-old resident of Nesher, Israel, was arrested last week on suspicion of sexually harassing underage girls online. The police investigation revealed that Suissa infiltrated a WhatsApp group dedicated to the popular "squishy" toy trend, which included dozens of girls aged 8 to 11. He posed as a 15-year-old boy and engaged in private sexual conversations with over ten minors, exchanging explicit content with some of them.

The investigation began after a mother discovered inappropriate sexual messages on her 10-year-old daughter's phone from someone pretending to be a teenager. Following this report, cybercrime detectives from the Northern District launched a covert operation that led to Suissa's arrest. The court approved the publication of his name and photo to encourage other victims to come forward.

Rachil Benjamin, head of the Northern District's online crime unit, warned parents and educators to monitor children's online activities closely, especially during summer months when supervision may be reduced. She urged adults to educate children about the dangers of communicating with strangers and to report any sexual advances immediately.

Suissa's lawyer, Tomer Naveh, stated that his client denies all allegations and will respond only during police interrogations, not through the media. The police continue to seek additional victims linked to Suissa's alleged offenses.
