Three Family Members Charged with Sexual Abuse of 10-Year-Old Boy in Israel
A disturbing case of child sexual abuse has emerged involving three family members accused of abusing a 10-year-old boy over a two-year period. According to indictments filed on June 25 by the Cyber Department of the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office, the boy's grandfather, grandmother, and aunt repeatedly molested him, referring to the acts as "sexual play." The abuse occurred on multiple occasions and involved other family members suspected in the case. The accused reportedly touched the boy's genitals while laughing and recorded some of the offenses on their mobile devices. These videos were shared within a family WhatsApp group and stored on various family members' phones.
The indictments charge the suspects with indecent acts against a minor relative, abuse of a minor or helpless person, and using a minor's body for obscene publication by a responsible party. The prosecution has requested that the accused be held in custody throughout the legal proceedings. This investigation is part of a broader, ongoing inquiry led by Unit 105 of Lahav 433 into multiple suspects nationwide involved in sexual offenses against minors, including family members. Over the past year, 12 individuals have been arrested and questioned on suspicions of possessing and distributing severe child pornography, as well as sexually abusing their own children and documenting these crimes.
