IDF Destroys Underground Tunnel Containing Dozens of Rockets in Southern Gaza
Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) troops operating in southern Gaza have located and destroyed an underground tunnel containing dozens of rockets belonging to terrorist organizations active in the Gaza Strip. The operation was conducted by the paratrooper brigade combat team under the Gaza Division's command, in coordination with engineering units from the Gaza Division and the Yahalom combat engineering unit. The forces were engaged in clearing the "yellow line" area of terrorist infrastructure both above and below ground. Footage from the operation includes body camera recordings from a canine unit that helped identify the tunnel. The destruction of this tunnel is part of ongoing efforts to neutralize threats posed by militant groups in the region.
