IDF Unit Destroys Hezbollah Terror Tunnel in Southern Lebanon
Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Unit Yahalom, alongside Brigade 300, destroyed an underground tunnel spanning several dozen meters in the Sarbin area of southern Lebanon. The tunnel was used by the Hezbollah terrorist organization to facilitate and execute attacks against IDF forces. This operation is part of ongoing efforts by Division 91 to neutralize threats to Israeli civilians near the security zone in southern Lebanon.
In recent days, Kfir Brigade forces located a weapons cache in southern Lebanon containing launchers and rockets belonging to Hezbollah. Additionally, Brigade 4 discovered dozens of various weapons, including Kalashnikov rifles, anti-tank rockets, and other combat equipment. These findings underscore the continued militant activity in the region and the IDF's commitment to maintaining security along the northern border.
