Israeli Deputy Mayor Israel Zari Joins Gadi Eizenkot's Yashar Party
The Yashar party, led by former IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot, announced the addition of Israel Zari, deputy mayor of Ramat Gan and head of the city's stock exchange administration, to its ranks. Zari, 36, has dedicated his public and professional efforts to strengthening local government, promoting equal rights for the LGBTQ community, and expanding opportunities for youth. He holds a bachelor's degree in communications with honors from Reichman University and is a graduate of the Argov Leadership and Diplomacy program. Previously, Zari served as spokesperson for the Raanana municipality, the Israeli Scouts movement, and the Israeli LGBTQ association.
