IDF and Shin Bet Kill Two Hamas Commanders Involved in October 7 Attacks
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Shin Bet security agency eliminated two Hamas commanders in separate operations yesterday. In the Deir al-Balah area, they killed Abdallah Adnan Taha Abu Altaif, commander of the Nukhba unit in Hamas's military wing. Abu Altaif had infiltrated Israel during the October 7 massacre and actively fought against IDF forces throughout the conflict. In another strike near the Shati refugee camp, the IDF killed Jalal Zabih, a commander in Hamas's Darg Tafah battalion. According to the IDF, both militants were attempting to organize further terrorist attacks against Israeli soldiers and civilians. Their deaths were intended to neutralize ongoing threats to Israeli security.
