The roadmap does not impose new commitments on Israel beyond those in Trump's original 20-point plan but clarifies the sequence of actions, including Israel halting military activity only after an international monitoring committee confirms Hamas has stopped all military operations, including recruitment and rearming. The plan envisions a lengthy weapons storage process, estimated to take between 200 and 350 days, overseen exclusively by a technocrats' committee and an International Stabilization Force, with weapons stored inside Gaza under continuous supervision.
