Grenade Thrown at Under-Construction Jafnika Branch in Hadera Amid Ongoing Gang Conflict

A grenade was thrown at a Jafnika branch under construction in Hadera, Israel, with no injuries reported. Police have launched an investigation into the incident, which is suspected to be criminal in nature. Officers from the Hadera station and bomb disposal unit arrived at the scene to collect evidence and begin inquiries.

This attack is part of a series of violent incidents targeting nine Jafnika branches earlier this month, linked to a bloody feud between the Mosli crime organization and the Jarushi family. Police suspect that Mosli orchestrated the attacks, which targeted branches franchised by the Jarushi family under businessman and Beitar Jerusalem owner Barak Abramov, who denies involvement.

Among the attacks, the Herzliya branch was shot at, grenades were thrown at branches in Afula and Netanya, with the Netanya attack allegedly involving weapons stolen from the IDF, and there were failed arson attempts and explosive devices used against branches in Givatayim, Ramat Gan, and Kiryat Ono.

Following the grenade attacks, police arrested Mosli, the crime organization leader, and a senior member of the Jarushi organization, intensifying efforts to quell the violent dispute affecting the Jafnika chain.
