Grenade Attack Targets New Jafnika Branch in Hadera Amid Nationwide Assaults

In the early hours of Sunday, a grenade was thrown at a Jafnika branch under construction in Hadera. The store had not yet opened, and no injuries were reported. Police from the Hadera station arrived at the scene to collect evidence, noting that no prior threats against the business owners in Hadera were known. This incident follows a series of unusual attacks over the past three weeks targeting Jafnika branches across Israel, including locations in Afula, Netanya, Kiryat Ono, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, and Herzliya. These attacks involved grenade explosions, bombings, shootings, and arson attempts. Authorities suspect the violence is linked to a feud between the Mosli and Jarushi crime families. One theory suggests the Jafnika branches were targeted because they are owned by businessman Barak Abramov. Police are currently investigating whether the Hadera attack is connected to this series of assaults.
