IDF Chief Visits Southern Lebanon, Vows to Expand Operations If Needed

Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir visited southern Lebanon alongside Northern Command Chief Major General Rafi Milo, 91st Division Commander Brigadier General Yuval Gaz, and other senior officers. The visit included an inspection of the Kfir Brigade (900) troops and commanders, who recently began their first training exercise in southern Lebanon after an extended combat deployment in the Gaza Strip. Zamir stated, "If required, we will deepen our presence and reach additional areas."
