The story · English

The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced Salomon Madmon to life imprisonment for the aggravated murder of Yossi Yossefiah, his father-in-law, which occurred about four years ago in Ramat Gan. The court found that Madmon, unable to accept his daughter-in-law's decision to separate from his son, went to Yossefiah's residence armed with a handgun and fatally shot him in front of a neighbor and near family members. In addition to the life sentence, the judges ordered Madmon to pay financial compensation to the deceased's children.
