The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted an airstrike yesterday in Khan Yunis that killed Mohammad Khalil Mohammad Aslam, the commander of the Nukhba unit within the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorist organization. Aslam led a terrorist cell involved in the abduction of Israeli civilians during the October 7 massacre. Recently, he had been orchestrating terror attacks targeting both IDF forces and Israeli civilians. The IDF stated that Aslam posed an immediate threat and was eliminated in a precise strike.
