Ashdod Offers 46,000 NIS Monthly Net to Midfielder Chozaz Amid Promotion Bid

M.S. Ashdod is intensifying efforts to build a strong squad for the upcoming season, whether they play in the National League or return to the Premier League by surpassing Ironi Tiberias. Following the signing of Dor Micha, Ashdod is now making a significant offer to midfielder Matan Chozaz, who played for Hapoel Jerusalem last season. The club plans to propose a net monthly salary of 46,000 NIS to Chozaz, a notably high offer, though still less than Micha's 60,000 NIS net per month. Jacky Ben Zaken, Ashdod's owner, is committed to assembling a competitive team for the next season. However, Chozaz has yet to respond, as he prefers to explore options abroad or in the Premier League before making a decision, so no agreement has been reached yet.
