Israeli Forces Arrest Four Militants After Soldier's Weapon Is Stolen During Hike
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Shin Bet revealed a serious incident in which four militants stole a weapon from an IDF soldier who was on leave during a hike in the Susya area of the Judea Division. The event ended with the arrest of all four militants. Following the incident over the weekend, security forces launched extensive searches, recovered the stolen weapon, and apprehended the first two suspects involved. During the night, fighters from the Duvdevan Unit conducted an operation in the Yatta area, also within the Judea Division, capturing a third militant linked to the weapon theft. Later, a fourth militant surrendered to the Civil Administration forces. The arrests were part of a coordinated intelligence effort involving the IDF, Israel Police, and Shin Bet. All suspects have been transferred for further investigation by security agencies.
