Bnei Brak Chief Rabbi Honors Special Needs Students in Public Talmud Exam

This week, a public final exam on Talmudic tractates was held for special needs students at the "Otzarot HaTorah" yeshiva in Bnei Brak, part of the "Ohel Sarah" organization. The exam, conducted by Rabbi Yosef Eiger, tested the students on comprehensive Talmudic topics studied throughout the year. Bnei Brak's Chief Rabbi, Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Landau, personally examined the students and awarded each one a certificate bearing his signature, emphasizing the importance of their mastery of the material.

Following the exam and certificate distribution, Rabbi Landau toured the local postal branch operated by the yeshiva students as part of a program promoting employment and community independence. Malka Weinberg, director of the "Ohel Sarah" network, highlighted that the event exemplifies the organization's mission to make Torah study accessible and provide vocational skills to individuals in rehabilitation.
