20-Year-Old Illegal Resident From Hebron Arrested for Indecent Acts on Tel Aviv Beach

A 20-year-old man from Hebron, residing illegally in Israel, was arrested on Wednesday evening on suspicion of committing indecent acts against two minors and another woman at Charles Clore Beach in Tel Aviv. The incidents reportedly occurred while the victims were in the water. Bystanders at the scene alerted the police, who responded promptly and detained the suspect.
