Ashlag Rebbe Leads Prayer at Father's Tomb on 10th Yahrzeit in Jerusalem

On Friday night, the Ashlag Rebbe, son of the late Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef Halevi Ashlag, known as the "Yesod Yosef," led a solemn prayer gathering at his father's gravesite in the Ashlag section of Har HaMenuchot cemetery in Jerusalem. This event marked the tenth yahrzeit (anniversary of passing) of the revered spiritual leader. The Rebbe arrived after midnight and began with Maariv prayers, followed by an hour-long session of heartfelt supplications and Psalms recited by the Rebbe and his followers. They prayed for the welfare of the community and individuals in need of healing and salvation.

Following the prayers, the Rebbe conducted a special "L'Chaim" ceremony near the tomb, delivering teachings and inspiration drawn from his father's Torah and Hasidic legacy. He emphasized the unique spiritual power of the site as a place where prayers are accepted and hearts are stirred toward divine service. The gathering took place near the graves of both his father and grandfather in the Ashlag Rebbes' section of the cemetery.

Participants expressed deep spiritual awakening, recalling the "Yesod Yosef's" holy work and path in Torah, prayer, and Hasidism. In the days surrounding the yahrzeit, many continue to visit the sacred tomb to pray and seek protection and salvation through the merit of the "Yesod Yosef."
