Rabbi of Ashlag Dynasty Leads Followers to Tiberias and Meron for Prayers
In accordance with an ancient tradition of the Ashlag dynasty, Rabbi Moshe Mordechai Leib Erblich, the Rebbe of Ashlag, led his followers on a pilgrimage to Tiberias and Meron. The group traveled to pray at the tombs of Rabbi Meir Baal HaNess and Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai.
This year's journey, typically held on the 25th of Elul, the day of the world's creation, was advanced. The pilgrimage is a yearly event for the Hasidic community.
The prayers and spiritual gatherings included recitations of Psalms, inspirational talks, and dancing, all in preparation for the High Holy Days, known as the Days of Awe. The Rebbe and his Hasidim engaged in these activities to foster spiritual readiness for the upcoming solemn period.
