The Rebbe of Bialla visited the city of Ashdod to meet with his followers in anticipation of the upcoming High Holidays, known as the Days of Mercy and Plea. For several hours, the Rebbe received "kvitlech" (notes with requests) from residents of the city.

Among the crowd of attendees, several rabbis and public figures were present to receive blessings. The event concluded with the Rebbe leading the evening prayer service (Maariv) in the Hasidic tradition.
