IDF Constructs Over 23-Kilometer Barrier Along Gaza's Yellow Line Separation

Satellite images analyzed by the Associated Press reveal that the Israel Defense Forces have built a massive earthen barrier exceeding 23 kilometers in length along the Yellow Line in Gaza. This embankment physically separates areas under Israeli control from those outside it. The IDF confirmed the construction of a physical obstacle but declined to specify the planned final length of the barrier. The building of this structure is ongoing despite the fact that, according to agreements with the United States, the Yellow Line area is considered a temporary territorial division. The IDF stated that the separation is intended to protect Israeli forces and nearby communities adjacent to Gaza. The U.S. Central Command and the Peace Council both declined to comment on the development.
