59-Year-Old Bat Yam Man Charged with Serious Sexual Offenses Against Granddaughters

A 59-year-old man from Bat Yam is set to be charged with serious sexual offenses against his two underage granddaughters. The suspect was arrested earlier this month following a police report alleging sexual abuse. During the investigation, suspicions grew that he had touched the girls' bodies and intimate areas, claiming he did so to "prepare them for adulthood." He was taken into custody last week and interrogated at the Bat Yam police station. His detention has been extended multiple times, and this morning, the prosecution filed a formal indictment statement against him. In the coming days, a severe indictment is expected to be submitted.
