Police Investigate Shock Grenade Explosions in Ramat Hasharon and North Tel Aviv

On the night between Sunday and Monday, police in the Tel Aviv district launched an investigation following two separate incidents involving the throwing of shock grenades in residential areas of Ramat Hasharon and northern Tel Aviv. The first explosion was reported near the courtyard of a building in central Ramat Hasharon, where police and bomb disposal experts found evidence suggesting the device was an Israeli military shock grenade. No injuries or property damage were reported.

Simultaneously, a second explosion was heard near a residential building in the Kokhav HaTzafon neighborhood of Tel Aviv. Police and bomb disposal teams collected evidence at the scene, with initial findings indicating the grenade was thrown for criminal motives. Again, no casualties or damage occurred.

Authorities are examining a possible connection between these incidents and the ongoing "Jafnika" case. The police have confirmed the background of both events is criminal and continue to investigate to identify those responsible.
