The Prime Minister's Office highlighted Israel's unprecedented efforts under Netanyahu's leadership to minimize civilian harm during its conflict with Hamas, which it labeled a murderous terrorist organization exploiting Palestinians as human shields and deliberately targeting innocent Israeli civilians.
