Hapoel Jerusalem Targets Former NBA Swingman Seth Landy for Upcoming Season
Hapoel Jerusalem is reportedly interested in signing Seth Landy, a 26-year-old swingman who has recently impressed in the NBA Summer League. According to Greek reporter Tolis Kotsias, Hapoel Jerusalem's coach Sasha Obradovic has Landy on his radar as a potential addition for the upcoming season. Landy, standing 1.93 meters tall, played nine games for the Atlanta Hawks during the 2023/24 NBA season.
Last season, Landy was on a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Clippers but did not see any game time. In his latest Summer League performance in Las Vegas, playing for Toronto against Indiana, Landy made a game-winning block and scored 22 points. Prior to that, he scored 16 and 23 points in games against Boston and Houston, respectively. Over his last two games, he has shot 10 of 16 from beyond the three-point line.
If signed, Landy would bring NBA experience and recent strong form to Hapoel Jerusalem as they prepare for the new season in the Israeli Basketball Premier League.
